Ordering and contract

Your order registers upon checkout submission. We forward an email confirmation; the sales agreement solidifies when goods leave our warehouse. We retain the right to cancel requests due to inventory shortages or unverified details, issuing immediate refunds for affected funds.

Prices and payment

Listed rates appear in GBP and include statutory VAT where mandated. Shipping fees calculate transparently in your shopping summary. Available payment avenues: Cash on delivery. We reserve the right to rectify pricing errors prior to shipping, letting you reconfirm or void the transaction.

Product images and colours

Our product imagery displays genuine manufactured units. Color balance on your screen reflects your display profile, viewing software, and ambient light; marginal color variations do not represent a flaw and do not qualify for complimentary return shipping or price adjustments. Transfer of risk

We remain accountable for parcels until final physical handoff to you or your designated recipient at the shipping address. Loss and damage liabilities shift to you immediately upon receipt. Document any apparent packaging harm directly with the delivery agent and notify us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can send products back within 30 days of receipt pursuant to terms on our Returns page. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all Avenform workspace components carry a statutory 12-month warranty against latent structural defects and material flaws. This warranty covers mechanical adjustment failures under normal domestic working use, but excludes cosmetic abrasion, improper assembly, overloading beyond specified weight ratings, or accidental damage.

• Customized, bespoke, or made-to-order workstation units and tailored cable assembly cuts.
• Hygiene-sensitive items such as fabric-covered lumbar cushions, foam wrist rests, or seat pads once the factory hygiene seal or protective polybag has been opened.
• Workspace furniture or accessories that have been fully assembled, modified, drilled, or structurally altered post-delivery.
• Hardware kits or items inseparably mixed with other consumer property after delivery where individual parts cannot be re-inventoried.
• Digital ergonomics setup manuals, workspace configuration guides, or software licenses that have been unsealed, accessed, or downloaded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable United Kingdom law, the aggregate liability of Avenform Workspace Systems Ltd. for any claim arising out of your order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the specific item in dispute, or £100.00, whichever amount is greater. No clause here restricts liabilities that statutory consumer statutes declare non-waivable.

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Employ all equipment strictly according to provided instructions; our units do not provide or substitute professional medical care.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly with you, the matter proceeds to the competent court at the seller's registered seat, preserving any mandatory consumer rights under your local jurisdiction.
