What tools are required to assemble Avenform monitor arms and desk tiers?All necessary hex keys and mounting screws are packed inside the box. You only need a standard Phillips screwdriver if you choose through-desk grommet mounting instead of the default heavy-duty desk clamp.
When are incoming orders processed for dispatch?Orders confirmed before our daily cut-off time of 14:00 on business days are prepared, inspected, and queued for courier collection that same afternoon.
What is the return procedure if the item does not fit my desk?We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in undamaged original condition, and packed in their original protective carton with all hardware intact.
